A lawsuit<\/span> is never<\/span> a foregone conclusion<\/span>: this<\/span> is<\/span> why<\/span> we will have to<\/span> fight for<\/span> Pascal<\/span> Simbikangwa<\/span> be convicted<\/span> of the facts<\/span> alleged.<\/span> By filing a complaint<\/span> against<\/span> him<\/span>, the SCRC has not<\/span> engaged<\/span> seriously.<\/span> We have real<\/span> reason to<\/span> continue<\/span>, many witnesses<\/span> and historians<\/span> blame him<\/span>. “Without<\/span> hatred or<\/span> revenge,”<\/span> we want<\/span> to be recognized<\/span> individual responsibility<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
