He was found guilty of complicity to genocide and conspiracy with intention to prepare genocide, as well as complicity in crimes against humanity and conspiracy to prepare such crimes. However, he was acquitted of the charges of genocide and crimes against humanity. He appealed this sentence through his lawyers.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Eug\u00e8ne Rwamucyo was the subject of a complaint filed by the CPCR on April 23, 2007.
