A strategy to delay the procedure, most probably!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201caccording to the 186-2\u00a0 penal code article, the investigation chamber must proceed to judgment within 4 months ,from the date of the\u00a0 court order. If not ,there will be a statutory release for the prisoner.
