CPCR – Collectif des parties civiles pour le Rwanda Pour que justice soit faite
On 23 November, the CPCR filed un new complaint against a person suspected of having participated in the Rwandan Tutsi genocide. This complaint concerns a person who lives and works in the city of LE HAVRE (France), Mr. Michel BAKUZAKUNDI. The testimonies collected by our association concern facts that allegedly occured in the city of Kigali, specifically in the neighborhood of Remera.
