NGENZI / BARAHIRA brought to the criminal court of justice by the investigating judges On Friday 30 May, investigating judges published a commited order about NGENZI /BARAHIRA cases. As a consequence, they will be accused of “genocide and crimes against humanity” following the conclusions of the prosecutor’s investigation.
