MUHAYIMANA case: final indictement for partial dismissal and indictement

The Public Prosecutor of the High Court of Paris has just published his “partial dismissal and indictement” in the case of Claude MUHAYIMANA, a personn suspected of having participated in the genocide ot Tutsi and against which the CPCR had lodged a complaint with civil party on 4 june 2013.

Despite the partial non places requested, the Attorney General “demands that the investivating judge order the indictement of Claude MUHAYIMANA before the court of assizes of Paris”.

However, we regret that Claude MUHAYIMANA is not prosecuted for crimes committed at the Kibuye church, Home Saint-Jean or the Gatwaro stadium. We will have to wait for the position of the investivating judges who should in turn publish the indictement (AMO). We will then know for which facts Claude MUHAYIMANA will actually be brought before the Court of assizes of Paris.
